We ship to almost any country. All orders are shipped by FedEx and are insured with tracking. You will recieve a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has shipped.

No tariffs for US customers. Helix is exempt as it is entirely made in Canada.

You may be required to pay customs, duties, taxes and VAT. Customers in USA, Mexico, Europe, Australia, Singapore, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Israel, New Zealand, Chile, Peru will not be required to pay duties due to free trade agreements between Canada those countries. Warranty

Helix Labs Inc. warrants that our frames, locks and folding components are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten years. Upgrade parts and accessories made by Helix carry the same warranty. 3rd party components and parts carry their respective manufacturers warranty(s). Complete warranty details can be found here.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident in your purchase:

If you change your mind before your order ships, we're happy to issue a refund (minus the credit card processing fee).
After your order ships, you'll still have 14 days to request a refund as long as your bike or product has not been used.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
